Bad info and codes that don’t work

On 3 seperate occasions I have worked with a brand called HelloFresh. They would provide me a free box and in return I would promote the brand for a month on stream. In the free box I would get however many meals I picked plus the amount of people each meal would feed. I would also be provided with promotional material and 3 seperate codes to get a free box in the future. When going to try and use 1 of the codes it wasnt working so I called the support line and was told i couldnt actually get a free box and would still have to pay. Wouldnt work with the brand again.
